Flexibility, balance & strength – FBS (75 min)

Program za razvoj gibčnosti, ravnotežja in moči je sestavljen iz širokega spektra vaj z namenom:

  • odpravljanja togosti in posledično tudi bolečine iz zakrčenih delov telesa,
  • razvoja gibčnosti, mobilnosti in moči,
  • vzpostavljanja ravnotežja v telesu z poudarkom na uravnovešanju leve in desne polovice telesa,
  • izboljšanja koordinacije in zavedanja telesa,
  • obračanja v vse smeri in posledično boljšo prekrvavitvijo celotnega organizma in
  • sprostitve ter odkrivanja lastnih potencijalov.

 

V več kot tridesetletni praksi raziskovanja yoge (hatha yoge, aerial yoge, yoge obraza) in različnih gibalnih veščin (od borilnih do plesa, plezanja in akrobatskih/cirkuških veščin) me je pot peljala skozi odkrivanje različnih gibalnih vzorcev in predvsem potencialov, ki jih imamo. Velikokrat pravim, da je telo kot knjiga, vsako doživetje se vpiše v njega. Veliko stresa in prisilne drže na delovnih mestih je današnja epidemija, ki povzroča, da našo prirojeno gibčnost nadomestita bolečina in togost. Hitreje se omenjenega začnemo zavedati, lažje to odpravimo togost in uvzpostavimo nazaj ravnotežje.

Program FBS je namenjen vsem starostnim skupinam. Sestavljen je iz zelo raznolikih vaj, ki se izvajajo v različnih položajih (od stoječega do inverznih položajev telesa). Vaje se tokom leta dopolnjujejo in razvijajo v bolj kompleksne različice. Veliko vaj je sestavljeno na način, da jih lahko izvajate tudi doma, med premorom na delovnem mestu ipd., saj je dolgoročna vizija programa, da v trenutkih, ko nas življenje “stisne”,imamo orodja, s katerimi se lahko vrnemo vase, zadihamo in najdemo zopet  ravnotežje, tako v telesu kot v življenju nasplošno. Preverjeno v dolgoletni praksi – deluje!

 

 

Flexibility, balance & strength – FBS (60 min)

Program is composed of a wide range of different exercises with the aim to:

  • reduce stiffness and consequently pain from stiff areas of our bodies
  • develop more flexibility, mobility and strength
  • develop a balanced body, with the focus on balancing the left and right sides of our bodies
  • improve coordination and awareness
  • turn in all directions and consequently establish better circulation
  • relax and discover our potentials

 

In more than thirty years of yoga practice (hatha yoga, aerial yoga, face yoga) as well as other disciplines (from martial arts, dance, acrobatic/circus disciplines and climbing) I have been exploring various movement patterns and, above all, the potentials that we have. I see the body as a book in which every experience is written. Exposure to long term stress and unhealthy postures (as extended sitting/standing hours etc.) in our daily jobs is a modern epidemic that result with loss of our innate flexibility, developing stiffness and pain. The sooner we become aware of our state, the easier we can eliminate it and establish balance.

FBS program is designed for all age stages. It is composed of a wide spectrum of various exercises that are executed in different positions (from standing to inversions). Throughout the year these exercises are being developed into more complex variations. Many of them are composed in a way that you can practice them at home, at your working place etc., as my wish is to provide you with tools that can be used in the moments when you are put between a rock and a hard place by life’s demands. Then you will need to take a  deep breath, to return back into your bodies and away from the pressures in life back to yourselves to find the balance within you. And it works!
