Aerial Silks oziroma Zračne tkanine (75 min)

Program na zračnih tkaninah je namenjen vsem, ki že imate nekaj izkušenj z gibanjem na zračnih tkaninah in vrvi. Sestavljen je iz:

  • ogrevanja na zračnih tkaninah in vrvi, ki je sestavljeno iz vaj povezanih z osnovnimi tehnikami plezanja in obratov,
  • spoznavanja tehnik izvedbe različnih ključev, likov, obratov in padcev,
  • povezovanje naučenega gradiva v krajše koreografske celote oziroma sekvence in
  • raziskovanja različnih kvalitet gibanja (npr. počasne izvedbe, dinamično gibanje ipd.).

Ko spoznamo osnovne tehnike gibanja na tkaninah in vrvi, se lahko lotimo učenja ovojev, obratov, likov in padcev kot tudi dinamičnega gibanja in dinamičnega vstopanja v že znane elemente. Začenjamo raziskovati variacije znanih elementov kot tudi možnosti njihovega povezovanja. Celoten proces je podoben učenju tujega jezika, in sicerlo se naučimo slovnice in gramatike lahko ustvarjamo različne (enostavne in kompleksne) stavke in beremo vedno bolj zapletena čtiva. Spoznavamo vedno bolj zapletene gibalne vzorce in razvijamo nove neurotransmitorske povezave v možganih, kot tudi prostorsko orientacijo in koordinacijo, ker se obračamo v vse možne smeri. Skozi tovrstno vadbo razvijamo tudi fokus, ker bolj zapleteni liki zahtevajo koncentrirano in natančno izvedbo. Prav tako premagujemo morebitne zadrege in strahove, kar se največkrat konča z nasmehom uspeha, ker stopničko po stopničko varno plezamo skupaj vedno višje. Aerial Silks (75 min)

The program is designed for all of you who have already got some experience with aerial silks and/or rope. It is composed of:

  • Warming up on aerial accessories, composed of exercises derived from basic techniques of climbing and rolls
  • Learning of different techniques including keys, rolls, turns and drops
  • Sequencing meaning connection of learned elements into short choreographic sequences
  • Exploring the qualities of movement (working on slow motion, dynamic moves, expression etc.)

Once the basic technique is acquired we can dive into learning a wide range of rolls, turns, drops as well as dynamic moves and ways of entering into acquired elements. We are working on a large scale of variations of learned elements and tricks, as well as ways of connecting them into choreographic units. The process is similar to learning a foreign language. Once we know the vocabulary and grammar we can start to express in simple ways which will gradually become more complex. Learning new movement patterns establishes new connections in the brain and develops spatial orientation, as we are turning in all directions. Through this kind of exercise, we are developing focus, as more complex figures require concentration and precise execution, overcoming our fears, resulting in good humour. As we are climbing together, each session a little bit higher. And for sure, you will gain strength as well as mobility!
